SMS/Text Messaging Policy

Program Description: Acme CA Vacations, Inc. DBA Casago Lake Arrowhead operates two SMS text messaging programs: (1) a guest reservation messaging program that sends transactional SMS to guests who have booked or inquired about a rental, and (2) a property owner inquiry messaging program that sends notifications and alerts to owner leads who submit a rental revenue projection request.

How to Opt In: Users opt in by proactively entering their mobile phone number and checking a consent checkbox on the owner inquiry form at https://arrowhead.casagosocal.com/property-management (owner-lead program) or https://arrowhead.casagosocal.com/realtor-program-3449-8801-3776 (relator-lead program) . In both cases the checkbox is unchecked by default; users must actively check it to submit their number.

Message Frequency: Message frequency varies based on activity. Guests typically receive up to 10 SMS per week during an active reservation cycle.

Data Collected and Used: We collect the mobile phone number the user provides. It is used solely to send SMS messages related to the user’s reservation or owner inquiry.

Mobile Opt-in, SMS Consent, and phone numbers collected for SMS communication purposes will not be shared with any third party and affiliates for marketing purposes.
